Our action is governed by a well-defined framework of ethical rules, following the national Code of Ethics for Attorneys, while going even beyond these common rules.

The rules applying to our Law Firm are summarized as follows:

We do not undertake cases that are manifestly unfounded, non-defendable, in conflict with the interests of other clients, or in conflict with our principles.

We give priority to compromise rather than litigation, upon possibility.

Strict confidentiality is observed for what is covered by the privileged relationship between lawyer and the client.

We never guarantee in advance any result for a case but only the efforts to do what is legally possible for our clients’ interests.
